Promotional Sales Events:
The Manifest - Prior to every promotional event, the dealership will receive a listing of each mailed person's name, address, and phone number. This allows for presale phone calls and an accurate mail count.
The Pre-Sale Motivational Meeting - The morning of your event, a CBI manager will host a motivational meeting to review the mail piece and discuss what makes the sale work. This promotes an energized and organized atmosphere for the day.
The Staff - Our Floor Managers, Closers, Backstoppers and Valet Personnel will turn the traditional direct mail sale into an exciting, successful event for the customers and the dealer's staff. Every staff member of CBI undergoes extensive training in sales, qualifying, closing, and product knowledge. In fact, most employees of CBI have actually worked in the automotive industry.
The Decorations - Your showroom will be beautifully ballooned each day of the sale. Our decorations create enthusiasm and excitement in your customers and provide a 'special sale' atmosphere.
The Premiums - All of the gifts that CBI distributes to your customers will be of the highest quality. We have a large selection from which to choose, and each customer attending the sale will receive a special gift.
The Customer Incentive - Our direct marketing pieces provide each recipient with a lucky number and a chance to win such insured prizes as a new car, a prepaid leased vehicle or even cash. This provides for more customer traffic and potentialsales on your event day.
The Fact Finding - Each customer will be met with a friendly smile, a warm handshake and qualifying questions to better assess their current interest level and whether they would be willing to do business that day.
The Accountability - At the end of your sales event, the dealership manager will be provided with copies of all fact finding sheets filled out during the
day. This will enable the dealership to review customer traffic information as well as make follow up calls after the sale.
